important booking information for special days
Balmoral Restaurant now requires a deposit for holidays and some special occasions, due to lost business when parties make a reservation but do not show. Here is the new policy.
For all holidays and “Special occasions,” including any day when Balmoral offers a “special menu” or when the restaurant opens at an earlier time, reservations must be made by phone, only. No online bookings.
all menus are available online in advance. If there are any questions about specific items, or special diet requirements, please contact the restaurant in advance.
When you reserve, you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card information. a nonrefundable deposit of $50 per person is only charged to your card if you cancel 3 days or less prior to your booking time, or if you do not keep your booking.
